I have health and wellness goals (e.g. lose weight, sleep better, exercise regularly, eat less sugar etc.) that I’m not achieving.
I’m confused about different diet types.
I start and stop different diets and get results I’m not happy with.

I have a lot of excuses for my current state of health.
I‘m inconsistent with my exercise routine.
